Jerusalem's destruction prophesied.
Luke 21:1-4
Jesus explained why a poor widow’s little offering meant more than the large offerings of some rich people.

Luke 21:5-28
Jesus’ prophecy about Jerusalem’s destruction and about the coming of Jesus Christ.

Luke 21:29-33
Jesus encouraged to compare His warnings and signs to the current events just like people use the budding trees to figure out the season’s times.

Luke 21:34-38
Jesus encouraged to be sober, alert, and ready for His coming so we would be worthy to meet Him and to escape all of the horrible sufferings which are soon to come to earth.
