Notes for Luke Chapter 18

Jesus' parable about the two different styles of prayers, one by a Pharisee and the other by a publican.
Luke 18:1-8
Jesus Christ encouraged to keep praying without giving up, following with a parable (or an example) about a widow’s answer to her request.

Luke 18:9-14
Jesus’ parable about a Pharisee and a publican in order to humble the prideful religious people.

Luke 18:15-17
Jesus encouraged to bring the little children to Him, and He explained the importance of receiving the kingdom of God as one of them.

Luke 18:18-30
Jesus’ answer to a rich young ruler’s question, and Jesus’ explanation of the hardship for rich people to get saved.

Luke 18:31-34
Jesus prophesied to His disciples about His arrest, His death, and His resurrection.

Luke 18:35-43
Jesus healed a blind man because of his faith and request.
