Notes for Luke Chapter 12

Jesus' parable or example about a rich fool.
Luke 12:1-3
Jesus warned people and His disciples to be aware of hypocrisy of the Pharisees (or of the fake religious people).

Luke 12:4-12
Jesus encouraged to Not be afraid of anyone or anything except God Himself.
– According to God’s Word I believe we should still respect people, animals, plants, people’s property, and even satan himself, just don’t worship any of that stuff nor be afraid of any of it.

Luke 12:13-21
When someone asked Jesus to help solve their inheritance issues, instead Jesus told a parable (or example) about a rich fool.

Luke 12:22-30
Jesus encouraged to Not worry about everyday needs but instead He encouraged to trust and depend on God.
– I believe this is what can bring more peace in our lives and much less stress.

Luke 12:31-40
Jesus reminded people of God’s Love and Care, and He encouraged to be God’s faithful servants and to share what we have so we could have treasure up in heaven where no one can steal it.

Luke 12:41-48
Jesus explained how the unfaithful servant (or a Christian) will be punished here on earth for their laziness, wickedness, disobedience, or sins.
– I believe God punishes Christians for their own stupidity with hardships in life or even with death, but remember He punishes us because He loves us and wants us to improve and He doesn’t want us to give bad examples for others.

Luke 12:49-53
Jesus explained that He brought division to earth between Christians and Non-Christians.
– I believe holy and unholy can not stay peaceably together because of their differences in morality and priorities.

Luke 12:54-59
Jesus reminded to be aware of the current times and events so we could compare them to God’s Word and know what’s really going on.

Vladimir Yasmenko is just a dude that Loves God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). Also, he reads and studies the Bible so he can know what God likes and doesn't like, that way he can please God better and at the same time be a better example for people around him. And, yes, he does fall sometimes or even lots of times, but he knows that with God's help he can get up, go on, and be clean from ALL sins. In these Bible Notes Vladimir just wants to share his opinion and knowledge on certain places in the Bible. So, that means, do Not take his opinion as a Fact, only the Holy Bible is The Fact. That is why you should read your own Bible, so you would know what is truth and why people believe what they believe.
